For the launch of the Volkswagen ID. Buzz, I worked as Art Director alongside the talented Anacé Moreno at DDB. This project was an exciting challenge: reimagining the iconic VW T1 as a fully electric, sustainable vehicle while connecting it to a modern audience through innovation and storytelling.

	The campaign revolved around the concept “Look to the Galaxy”. 
From this idea, we built a narrative that seamlessly blended the Star Wars universe with the sustainable evolution of VW’s classic design. The campaign’s launch event featured a breathtaking drone show, depicting the ID. Buzz’s arrival from the stars to Earth. This spectacle not only captivated the audience but also highlighted VW’s commitment to clean technology and sustainability, using eco-friendly innovation to tell its story.

	QR-activated constellation billboards: Strategically placed billboards featured a QR code that invited users to explore a custom AR experience. By scanning the code, users could discover a constellation shaped like the ID. Buzz in the galaxy, tying the campaign’s celestial theme to cutting-edge technology.

	The creative process always prioritizes design and concept over technique. Although I use artificial intelligence as a tool, it never defines the results—it enhances the process but doesn’t dictate it.
The posters preserve the imprint of traditional printing systems, with dot patterns, color misalignments, and textures that evoke classic graphic techniques. A fusion of analog and digital, resulting in designs with a unique character.

The design process has been a dialogue between the digital and the manual, with synthetic models capturing the essence of handcrafted work. Elements inspired by samurai aesthetics are seamlessly integrated with textures and techniques that define my creative process.

	The visual identity of Break da Island captures its rebellious and underground essence. The logo was created by manually distorting typography during the scanning process, resulting in a glitchy analog style with an electronic photomechanical vibe. It’s raw, imperfect, and perfectly aligned with the collective’s ethos.


	Break da Island’s flyers and video flyers are a testament to raw, handcrafted creativity. Using collages of old magazines painted with markers and natural elements, the composition and animation were crafted simultaneously through the scanning process. 
This unique method embodies chaotic creativity and celebrates imperfection, perfectly mirroring the collective’s underground aesthetic.
